about this class

Developing an inner wealth in the Brahmaviharas requires courage to develop them in all our encounters. Their power comes from cultivating these intentions over time, building focus & resilience.  Practice developing these forms of love, encouraging them to become guides that are not dependent on ideal circumstances.
This workshop will include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, guided & silent meditation, and pranayama.

All levels welcome. (2 hours including time for discussion at the end)
