Beth Beranbaum

Beth began practicing yoga in 1999. She was searching for physical exercise. What she found transformed her relationship with herself and with the world. Through yoga she has developed the strength and flexibility to embrace change and uncertainty and to confront internal and external limitations and barriers. In 2002 she was introduced to Om Yoga, where she found a welcoming and supportive community. She followed them to Now Yoga in 2012 and completed their first teacher training in 2015. She is grateful to Frank, Joe, and Edward for preserving the community and to Renata for cultivating this next chapter. Practicing with Beth includes a movement-centered flow that is both nurturing and challenging. She focuses on mindfulness of breath, alignment, and transition. She encourages you to find ease in the midst of challenge and hopes to introduce you to the joy that yoga has brought to her life.
